We respect your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use and protect it, and the choices you have.
1. Data we collect
- Account data: name, email, phone number (optional), password (encrypted), and the company name for brands.
- Withdrawal data: bank name, account holder name and IBAN, used only to transfer your earnings.
- TikTok data: when you connect your account through TikTok's official API we receive the account identifier, display name and the view counts of the videos you publish through the Platform, and we store access tokens encrypted. We cannot post on your behalf.
- Content: the videos and captions you upload for review, and the campaign details you create.
- In-platform financial data: wallet transactions, campaigns and withdrawal requests.
- Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, and usage logs for security and fraud prevention.
2. How we use your data
- Operating accounts, campaigns and wallets, tracking views and calculating earnings.
- Reviewing videos, detecting suspicious views and fraud, and protecting the Platform.
- Making transfers, contacting you about your account, important updates and support.
- Improving and developing the Platform and complying with legal requirements.
3. Who we share data with
- Brands: a campaign owner sees the name, TikTok username, video and views of the creators participating in their campaign only.
- Service providers: such as hosting, payment gateways (when enabled) and bank transfers; they are bound to protect the data and use it only to provide the service.
- Authorities: when legally required.
We do not sell your personal data to anyone.
4. TikTok
Connecting to TikTok is optional and is also subject to TikTok's terms and privacy policy. Our permissions are limited to reading basic account information and view statistics. You can revoke the connection at any time from your TikTok account settings, and you may ask us to delete the tokens we store.
5. Cookies
We use cookies that are essential to run the Platform, such as the session cookie that keeps you logged in, the cross-site request forgery (CSRF) protection cookie and a cookie that remembers your language. We also use Google Analytics to measure visits and understand how the Platform is used so we can improve it; it sets cookies (such as _ga) and sends Google aggregated visit data (pages viewed, device and browser type, approximate location). We do not send Google your name, email or financial data, and we do not use advertising tracking cookies. You can refuse or delete these cookies in your browser settings, or use Google's opt-out add-on: tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
6. Data retention
We keep your data while your account is active, and after it is closed for as long as needed for legal or financial purposes, resolving disputes and preventing fraud, after which we delete or anonymize it.
7. Data protection
We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), encryption of passwords and access tokens, and limited access permissions. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we advise using a strong password and not sharing it.
8. Your rights
You may access and correct your data, request its deletion or restriction of its processing, and withdraw your consent to the TikTok connection. To exercise these rights contact us; we may ask to verify your identity. We may retain some data where the law requires us to.
9. Children
The Platform is not directed to anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you learn that a minor has registered, tell us so the account can be deleted.
10. Changes
We may update this policy and will announce it on this page by changing the last-updated date.
