This policy explains how wallets, budgets, earnings and withdrawal requests work on the Platform. All amounts are in US dollars (USD).
1. Topping up a brand's wallet
- A brand's wallet is topped up through the payment methods available on the Platform at the time, and the balance appears after the transaction is confirmed.
- The topped-up balance is used to fund campaigns. Fees may be charged by the payment provider or bank and are outside the Platform's control.
2. Reserved budget (escrow)
- When a campaign is created, its budget is deducted from the brand's wallet and reserved inside the campaign, with a minimum of $100.
- The budget is only paid to creators against real views of approved videos.
- Platform fee for brands: a platform fee, shown to you before you create the campaign, is added on top of the budget and the total is deducted from your wallet. The fee is only earned on the part of the budget that is actually spent.
- When a campaign is closed or rejected by the admins, the unspent budget returns to the brand's wallet together with its fee.
- If the budget is used up the campaign closes automatically and no further views are counted.
3. Creator earnings
- A platform fee may be deducted from creator earnings; its percentage is shown on the campaign page before you participate ("You earn after the platform fee"), and the percentage announced when the campaign was created applies for its whole duration.
- Earnings are calculated using the price per 1,000 views stated in the campaign on the recorded views, and are added to the creator's wallet automatically.
- Earnings first appear as a pending balance for 7 days (protection period) and then become available to withdraw. Views are reviewed during that time to make sure they are genuine.
- Earnings may be temporarily withheld for any video with an abnormal spike until the review ends. If a violation is proven, non-genuine views and their earnings are excluded.
4. Withdrawals
- The minimum withdrawal is $20, and you cannot withdraw more than your available balance.
- Withdrawals are made by bank transfer to the account you registered on "My account", which must be in your own name. You are responsible for the accuracy of the account and IBAN details.
- The requested amount is deducted from your balance immediately, and the admins review it and make the transfer within business days. The process may be delayed by review or bank holidays.
- Banks, intermediary banks or currency conversion may deduct transfer fees, which are outside the Platform's control.
- If a withdrawal request is rejected (for example because of wrong details) the amount returns to your available balance with the reason.
5. Refunds and disputes
- Amounts paid to creators against real, valid views are non-refundable.
- A brand may ask for a review of any amount it believes was paid for non-genuine views, and the admins decide after examination.
- Please submit any objection within 30 days of the transaction at support@leklook.com.
6. Taxes
You are responsible for any taxes or legal obligations related to your earnings or spending under the laws of your country. Taxes may apply to fees where required.
7. Account suspension
When your account is closed you can withdraw the available balance after settling any amounts due or disputed. The balance may be held during any investigation of fraud or violation.
