1. Definitions
"The Platform" is the Leklook website and its current and future apps. "Creator" is a person who produces videos and publishes them on their own account. "Brand" is an entity that funds campaigns. "Campaign" is a content request published by a brand with a budget and a price per 1,000 views. "User" is anyone who registers an account on the Platform.
2. Acceptance of the terms and eligibility
- By using the Platform or creating an account you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Content Policy and the Payments & Withdrawals Policy.
- You must be at least 18 years old, or have reached the legal age to contract in your country. If you register on behalf of a company, you confirm that you are authorized to act for it.
3. Your account
- You must provide accurate and up-to-date information, keep your password confidential, and you are responsible for all activity under your account.
- One account is allowed per person or entity. The Platform may suspend duplicate or impersonating accounts.
4. The Platform's role
The Platform is a technical intermediary that connects brands with creators and manages view tracking and financial wallets. The Platform is not a partner, agent or employer of either party; the relationship between the brand and the creator is based on the terms stated in each campaign.
5. Campaigns and videos
- The brand sets the campaign description, requirements, price per 1,000 views and budget. The budget is reserved from the brand's balance when the campaign is created.
- Every campaign is reviewed by the admins before it appears, and the Platform may reject or stop it if it violates its policies.
- The creator uploads the video for review and publishes it only after the brand approves it, then links it to the Platform with the TikTok post link.
- The brand may reject a video with a stated reason, and the creator may edit and re-upload it.
6. Counting views and earnings
- Views are read through the official TikTok connection and refreshed periodically (usually every hour). Numbers may be delayed or differ slightly from what appears inside the TikTok app due to the nature of the updates.
- Earnings are calculated using the price per 1,000 views stated in the campaign, and never exceed the remaining budget or the per-creator cap, if any.
- Earnings are held for a protection period before they become available to withdraw, as explained in the Payments & Withdrawals Policy.
- The Platform is not responsible for any change, outage or restriction in TikTok's services or APIs.
7. Prohibited conduct
- Buying views or using fake accounts, bots or any means of inflating views artificially.
- Uploading or publishing content that violates the Content Policy or infringes the rights of others.
- Trying to bypass the payment system or communicating off-platform to avoid counting, or abusing or attacking the Platform.
If a violation is suspected, the Platform may stop counting a video, exclude non-genuine views, suspend or close the account, and withhold earnings resulting from the violation.
8. Fees
Creating an account is free. The Platform may apply fees or commissions to some services; they will be announced clearly before they apply and will not affect earlier transactions.
9. Intellectual property
- The creator keeps ownership of the videos they produce and grants the campaign's brand a licence to use the approved video as stated in the campaign, and grants the Platform a limited licence to display it for review and operation.
- The creator confirms that they own the necessary rights to everything they upload (music, images, etc.) or have permission to use it.
- The Platform's name, logo, design and software are its property and may not be copied or exploited without written permission.
10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
- The Platform is provided "as is" without a guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free service, and does not guarantee any number of views or earnings for any creator, or specific results for any brand.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Platform is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and any compensation is limited to the amounts that passed through the relevant user's account in the three months before the incident.
11. Suspension and termination
You may ask to close your account at any time after settling any outstanding obligations. The Platform may suspend or terminate an account for violating these Terms, while paying legitimate amounts due after deducting any amounts resulting from a violation.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates are announced on this page with the last-updated date, and continuing to use the Platform after an update means you accept it.
13. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws in force in the country of the entity operating the Platform. We try to resolve any dispute amicably first; if that is not possible it is referred to the competent courts.
